Role Purpose
Reporting directly to the Head of Cargo (Germany), the Account Manager – Time Critical will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability in line with agreed targets, whilst developing and managing key customer accounts across the Time Critical logistics sector.
The role focuses on providing tailored Time Critical solutions to both existing and prospective customers, supporting urgent and high-priority shipments across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive and maritime .
The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, proactive sales capability, strategic procurement skills, creative solution building, and exceptional customer service. The role requires the ability to respond rapidly to customer requirements whilst managing operational execution and maintaining strong supplier and client relationships.
This position is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days per week in our Cologne office with an on-call shift pattern.
