Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customer relationship management (CRM) system is leveraged to its fullest potential by driving targeted campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering actionable insights to the business.

 

The location for this position is at Air Partner's office, located in London, Victoria or Gatwick and the salary range is £35,020 - £47,380/Yr.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Campaign Deployment & Optimization

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment of marketing campaigns through the CRM platforms (Salesforce & Marketo).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Segmentation & Targeting

  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to identify, build, and refine customer segments
  • Ensure campaigns are precisely targeted to maximize relevance and effectiveness.

Reporting & Insights

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to produce monthly reports on campaign deliverables, KPIs, and results.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for future strategy.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:

  • Proven experience in CRM campaign management (preferably in luxury, travel, or aviation industries). 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out:

  • Experience in integrating CRM with other marketing channels (email, SMS, app notifications). 
  • Experience working with third-party data enrichment products.  
  • Knowledge of AI-powered campaign optimization and dynamic content personalization. 
  • Experience with recommendation engines or machine learning-driven targeting.
